**YOUR TALENT**:

- Bachelor’s degree preferred and/ or running retail experience preferred
- Excellent presentation, public speaking & interpersonal skills both in person and virtually
- Strong understanding and passion for the sport of running, running products and running industry trends
- Entrepreneurial, self-motivated and ability to react to a fast-paced environment
- High willingness to travel

**YOUR MISSION**:

- Building up close and reliable relationships to our most relevant Running partners / specialists in DACH
- Sell-out support and in-house staff product trainings at defined Running specialists
- Installation of PoS material and securing PoS visibility / product placement at defined Running doors
- Local retailer events support as well as leading and fulfilling test and try events
- Collecting market-insights and product feedbacks, constant feedback to the Running BU / DACH Merchandising
