Site Financial Controller

At our Ebern site, we successfully develop and manufacture innovative products in the field of hydraulic brake and clutch actuation systems. To drive our growth and further development, we are looking for you as **Site Financial Controller (M/F/d).**

**Your Responsibilities**
- Manage site industrial and financial performance through daily, weekly, monthly and yearly indicators and tools
- Ensure accuracy of management control and costing information in the ERP system of the site
- In cooperation with the other members of the site's management and other functions, monitor the implementation of actions plans (industrial productivities, commercial actions)
- Promote, explain, control Internal Control framework within his/her perimeter. Monitor and drive Internal Control improvement plans to mitigate risks
- Manage and develop the site finance team and co-manage the Site IS support

**Your Qualifications and Experience**
- Degree in Control Management, Finance, or Audit with several years of experience in industrial financial control
- Experience in audit practice
- Very good German and English skills
- Knowledge of SAP is an asset
- You have good communication skills, have an international mindset and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking
