**Technical assistant (f/m/x) - GENOMICS**:
Code: 1299/2024/3

full-time or part-time (19,5 hrs/week).

We are looking for a motivated team member to join our group. The position focuses on managing the genomics pipelines and also organize administrative tasks of the group.

**Your tasks**:

- Organization of documentation and laboratory operations
- Experimental work with animals (breeding and genotyping of transgenic mice, isolation and culture of cells from tissues or blood of human and animal origin)
- Molecular biology, protein chemistry, cell biology, and histological techniques (PCR; qPCR; isolation and purification of RNA and DNA; protein extraction; Western Blot; ELISA; immunohistology; fluorescence microscopy; flow cytometry)

**Requirements**:

- A high degree of motivation, teamwork, resilience, flexibility, and reliability.
- A completed Bachelor's degree in Biology, completed training as a Biological-Technical Assistant (BTA) or Medical-Technical Assistant (MTA), or a similar education.
- Good English and German language skills, both written and spoken
- Ideally, initial (professional) experience in a molecular biology research laboratory and/or initial experimental experience with animals (FELASA-B certificate or willingness to acquire it).
