**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Sie sind verantwortlich für die fachliche und operative Führung des Teams im Bereich Onshore Windenergie.
- Sie sind mit Ihrem Team verantwortlich für die Koordination von Onshore Windenergie Projekten (von der Fläche Identifizierung bis zur Baureife) in Deutschland. Dazu gehören auch Projekte im Bereich Repowering, wobei bestehende Anlagen erworben und weiterbetrieben oder stillgelegte Anlagen wieder in Betrieb genommen werden.
- Sie sind bei den Projekten zusätzlich verantwortlich für Entwicklung, Abstimmung und das Management von Projektbudgets.
- Sie wirken mit an der Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung der Wachstumsstrategie für Ihren Geschäftsbereich Onshore Windenergie.
- Um die Ausrichtung des Unternehmens und den Stand am Markt weiter zu stärken, sind Sie verantwortlich für die fachliche und technische Leitung von Transaktionen / M&A-Aktivitäten, Projektbewertungen und Vertragsverhandlungen.
- Sie vertreten das Unternehmen nach außen und betreiben interne und externe Netzwerkarbeit.

**Ihr Profil**:

- Sie bringen ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit.
- Sie haben mindestens 8 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Projektleiter im Bereich erneuerbare Energien, Onshore und / oder Offshore Windenergie.
- Sie bringen strukturiertes und selbstständiges Arbeiten im Team mit, genauso wie Teamfähigkeit, Organisationsgeschick, sicheres Auftreten, Kommunikations
- und Verhandlungsstärke.
- Sie kennen sich mit dem deutschen Renewable Energy Solutions Markt und dem Erneuerbare-Energien-Gesetz aus.
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutsch & Englisch Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
- Programme wie MS Office/ArcGis/WindPro sind Ihnen geläufig.
