- **Financial Controller / Senior Accountant (m/w/d)**
zur Vervollständigung unseres Teams.

In unserem dynamischen mittelständischen Unternehmen arbeiten wir mit Verarbeitern, Bauherren und Architekten in attraktiven Bauprojekten zusammen. Mit unserem modernen Maschinenpark sind wir in der Lage erstklassige und hochqualitative Produkte aus Metall herzustellen. Wir fertigen vom maßgeschneiderten Einzelstück nach Kundenauftrag bis hin zur Großserie.
**IHRE AUFGABENBEREICHE**:
- Verantwortung für die Finanzprozesse
- Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses nach HGB
- Planung von Forecasts und Cash-Flows mit einem kurz-, bis mittelfristigen Zeithorizont
- Kostenanalysen und Reporting auf Produkt
- und/oder Standortebene
- Kontrolle und Berichterstattung von Projektausgaben
- Entwicklung und Bereitstellung von Adhoc-Analysen
- Beantragung von staatlichen Zuschüssen
- Untestützung bei der Weiterentwicklung des ERP-Systems
- Übernahme des steuerlichen Meldewesens und der Statistikmeldungen
- Ansprechpartner für die Geschäftsführung, Wirtschaftsprüfer und Steuerberater
**UNSERE ERWARTUNGEN**:
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Buchhaltung/Controlling
- Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Controlling/Rechnungswesen oder qualifizierte:r Buchhalter:in
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Rechnungslegung nach HGB
- Idealerweise erste Erfahrung in der Projekt
- und Produktionsbuchhaltung
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel, und Anwendungserfahrungen mit Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision)
- Analytische, eigenständige Arbeitsweise und rasche Auffassungsgabe
- Teamfähig, kommunikativ und empathisch
- Gute Englischkenntnisse
