In het kader van onze groeidoelstellingen zijn we op zoek naar een Specialist Bedrijfsinrichting (Workstation and Storage Technician).

**Dit ga je bij ons doen**:

- Als specialist bedrijfsinrichting ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten met betrekking tot vragen omtrent bedrijfsinrichtingen. Je verricht en coördineert zelfstandig bedrijfsinrichting-projecten en ondersteund de Area Sales Managers, Key Accountmanager in de planning en uitvoering hiervan bij onze klanten. Ter voorbereiding van een project beoordeel je de verzoeken van de klant op technische en economische relevantie en haalbaarheid. Middels een 3D tekening presenteer je de plannen aan de klant. De projecten zijn, naar wens van de klant, Lean (5S) ingedeeld. Als specialist bedrijfsinrichting ben je verantwoordelijk voor de coördinatie van het gehele project tot en met de oplevering bij de klant en eventuele nazorg.
Een greep uit jouw werkzaamheden:

- Het adviseren van klanten op het gebied van Bedrijfsinrichting volgens de principes van Lean Management
- De klantbehoefte in kaart brengen en aan de hand daarvan een voorstel uitwerken
- Het intekenen van voorstellen in het programma P-Con
- Het actief onder de aandacht brengen van nieuwe productgroepen bij onze bestaande klanten met als doel de klant nog beter van dienst de kunnen zijn
- Je kennis over de markt, ontwikkelingen en innovaties op hoog niveau houden
- Het bezoeken van en deelnemen aan vakbeurzen
- Het geven van presentaties en trainingen aan Inside sales en Salescollega’s
- Samenwerken met collega specialisten en taken delegeren aan binnendienst

- Je hebt een afgeronde opleiding op HBO niveau
- Minimaal 4 jaar ervaring op het gebied van kantoor

- Ervaring met CAD-software (bijv. PCON)

- Zelfvertrouwen, assertiviteit en uitstekende inzet
- Uitstekende vaardigheden op het gebied van planning en organisatie
- Aantoonbaar vermogen om geloofwaardig en effectief te communiceren, te presenteren en te beïnvloeden
- Ervaring met Microsoft Office & Teams
- Uitstekend kunnen plannen, organiseren en besluiten nemen;
- Ervaring met het initiëren en begeleiden van projecten en houden van presentaties;
- Goede mondelinge en schriftelijke uitdrukkingsvaardigheden in Duits en Engelse taal;
- Bereidheid tot het volgen van scholingen en trainingen in Duitsland;
- In het bezit van een rijbewijs.

**Je hebt een voorsprong als je**
- Een BS/MS in Engineering, Technische Bedrijfskunde, Werktuigbouwkunde
- Woonachtig bent centraal in regio Noord Nederland: Flevoland, Gelderland of Overijssel
- Kennis van Lean 5s/6s of bereidt bent deze op korte termijn te halen
- Ervaring hebt met kantoor en/of bedrijfsinrichting
- Resultaatgericht bent en commerciële kansen ziet
