**The purpose of a role is**:

The focus is on designing, supporting the implementation, and overseeing training programs and awareness campaigns to mitigate security risks through informed and vigilant personnel.

**Your tasks**:

- Develop global and targeted awareness campaigns and trainings such as simulated phishing exercises.
- Work closely with experts and external partners to create comprehensive training materials aligned with current security needs and industry best practices
- Administer a spectrum of training sessions tailored to various groups within and outside the organization.
- Monitor and enforce the completion of mandatory awareness and training exercises.
- Generate reports on completed trainings, highlight areas needing attention, and provide actionable insights for further strengthening the security posture.
- Regularly assess the efficacy of awareness campaigns, track training completion, and implement improvements based on feedback and evolving security landscapes.

**Qualifications**
- **
Educational Background**:Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
- ** Experience**:Minimum of 3 years of experience in cybersecurity with a focus on security awareness and training. Experience working with external partners and experts in the cybersecurity domain.
- ** Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and industry best practices.
- Proven track record in conducting security assessments and developing effective training programs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to tailor training sessions to different audience levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to generate actionable insights from data.
- Familiarity with evolving security landscapes and a proactive approach to adaptation.
