The role:
**Das Aufgabengebiet**
- Unterstützung des Datenschutzteams bei SoftwareOne
- Beratung in komplexen datenschutzrechtlichen Fragen
- Begleiten von Audits, Ausschreibungen und Datenschutzvorfällen
- Zusammenarbeit mit Datenschutzteams der SoftwareONE bei einer Reihe von Datenschutz
- und anderen relevanten Gesetzen
- Mitwirkung bei PIAs, LIAs und Privacy-by-Design-Bewertungen
- Mitarbeit an und Unterstützung von Datenschutzschulungen und -programmen
- Verfolgen der aktuellen Entwicklungen im Bereich Datenschutz und Informationssicherheit aus globaler Sicht und mit Schwerpunkt auf GDPR (d. h. neue Gesetze, Vorschriften, wichtige Urteile, regulatorische Leitlinien usw.)
- Unterstützung des ESG-Projekts von SoftwareONE
- Verwaltung des globalen Datenschutzes SharePoint

What we need to see from you:
**Das solltest Du mitbringen**Qualifizierter Jurist, der in mindestens einem europäischen Land die Erlaubnis hat zu praktizieren- 2-5 Jahre einschlägige Erfahrung im Bereich Recht/Datenschutz, auch in einer Anwaltskanzlei, oder frühere Erfahrung im Unternehmen (Erfahrung im Bereich Wirtschaftsrecht oder Regulierung) in Europa- Erfahrung und hohe Leidenschaft für Technologie, Big Data, Data Governance und Datenschutz, vorzugsweise Erfahrung in einem Technologieunternehmen- Gute Kenntnisse der Datenschutz
- und Cybersicherheitsgesetze, insbesondere in der EU- Vorliebe bzgl. Details, aber auch ausgeprägtes Multitasking, hervorragende Problemlösungsfähigkeit- Fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch und einer weiteren Sprache- Aktuell schon mit Wohnsitz in Europa
