Du suchst den nächsten Karriereschritt, um auf Deiner bisherigen Führungserfahrung aufzubauen? Im Idealfall hast Du Tourismusmanagement oder Hotelmanagement studiert und suchst jetzt nach einer Weiterentwicklungsmöglichkeit im Bereich Management. Bei uns erhältst Du in Deiner 6-12-monatigen internen Weiterbildung den letzten Schliff für die Themen Kennzahlenmanagement, Auslastung, Yield

**Was Du bei uns machst**:
Du willst als Führungskraft unsere Filialleiter im Unternehmer voran bringen? Wir bereiten Dich auf Deine Management
- und Leadership
- Funktion im Filialbereich in unserer Region Süd-West vor. Du trägst die Gesamtverantwortung für alles, was in Deiner Area passiert und wirst entsprechend über das Traineeship hierzu abgeholt: Mitarbeiterführung, KPI, Pricing, Standort
- und Wettbewerbsanalyse, Qualität im Verkauf und am Kunden. Dazu besuchst Du unterschiedliche Filialleiter und Kollegen und nimmst an den regelmäßigen Rücksprachen und Meetings teil. Von Deinem vorgesetzten Regionalleiter wirst Du in alle Themen eingebunden, die die Dir anvertraute Area betreffen und Entscheidungen benötigen. Du willst als Führungskraft hoch hinaus? Dann ist unser Traineeprogramm nach Deinen ersten Management Erfahrungen in ähnlichem Umfeld die ideale Pole-Position für Deine Karriere bzw. die ideale Ergänzung, wenn Du Dich als Kaufmännischer Fachwirt (m/w/d) weiterentwickeln willst. **Was Du mitbringst**:

- Du hast ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder einen Fachwirt absolviert, gerne mit Schwerpunkt im Bereich Hotellerie, Gastronomie, Tourismus, Handel oder Dienstleistung
- Du besitzt Erfahrung in Führung und Entwicklung von Mitarbeitern, Kennzahlenanalyse, Strategie, Qualitätsmanagement, Kundenkontakt und Service
- Du motivierst Deine Mitarbeiter sowohl in deutscher als auch englischer Sprache und führst getreu dem Motto “leading by example”
- Du hast den Führerschein in der Tasche und Dein Herz schlägt für Autos
- Du bist bereit, Deine PS auf die Straße zu bringen, bist reisebereit, regional mobil und freust Dich darauf, verschiedene Filialen im Großraum Stuttgart kennen zu lernen

Als Mobilitätsdienstleister ist unser Bereich Branches & Operations die Kontaktstelle zu unseren Kunden: ob telefonisch, per App oder in den SIXT Filialen. Das bedeutet: Premiumservice direkt am Kunden, Beratung und Verkauf im Austausch und Verantwortung für den Vermietprozess unserer Premium-Flotte.
