Could you be the full-time **Industrial Planner** in **Bautzen** we’re looking for?

**Your future role**

You'll manage the adequacy between Demand (Firm & Forecast) and Resources (Manufacturing & Procurement) to reach customers QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) and projects timescales while optimising site resources (people, machines & cash). Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business like industrial planning teams from other sites, central and regional team, Supply chain, Tender Management, Quality, Production.

You’ll propose recommendations, utilise time management information to support decisions and much more.

We’ll look to you for:

- Scheduling and capacity planning of defined orders for strategic planning, budget planning and permanent forecast planning.
- Permanent maintenance of data (also KPI) under coordination with the tangential areas
- Lead time and process coordination with the departments and preparation of the project schedule by means of MS Project as well as preparation of or input to quotation plans
- Creation and preparation of production flow charts (MPS), including cross-plant coordination and harmonization
- Project expansion and creation of network plans in SAP
- Creation of the allocation of infrastructure

- Completed technical or economic education (mechanical engineering or industrial engineering, HTL/FH/TU)
- Several years of production-related professional experience
- Product and process knowledge in rail vehicle construction / mechanical engineering
- Very good knowledge in MS-Project
- Knowledge of Primavera P6, KINAXIS or other production planning software an advantage
- Working with ERP systems, especially SAP, is an advantage
- Good knowledge in MS Office especially Excel (Pivot, S-reference, Macro)
- Knowledge of VBA coding (Excel, MS Project, SAP) advantageous
- Knowledge of LEAN principles
- Independent and solution-oriented way of working
- Very good analytical skills
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
