**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

As an International Management Trainee in Marketing, you will have the unique opportunity to lay the foundation for a successful and internationally-oriented career. In this 24-month programme, you will work on cross-functional and cross-market projects within our Central Europe North end markets Germany, Poland, Austria, Switzerland and the Baltics. We also commit to help you grow on a professional and personal level.

**Starting Salary**:55.800€

**Location**:Hamburg

**Start Date**: Flexible - ideally May-September 2023

**WHAT’S IN FOR YOU**
- Get exciting insights from different rotations in our numerous marketing departments (e.g. Digital, E-Commerce, Brand or Trade Marketing) in our German headquarters in Hamburg
- Get to know our sales business from scratch in the Field Force
- Gain international experience and build your network beyond national borders in our offices abroad such as London, Vienna or Lausanne

**WHAT YOU BRING**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, e.g. in Marketing, Business Administration, International Management or Communications
- First functional experience in internships or as a working student (min. 4 months)
- International experience, e.g. through a semester abroad or an internship (min. 4 months)
- Fluency in English and German is a must
- A courageous and passionate personality with strong communicative, conceptual and analytical skills
- Strong international career aspirations and mobility
- A sound leadership mindset
