The QA Specialist inspects & processes footwear, streetwear, and collectibles (including but not limited to têxtiles, electronics, energy categories) to ensure the products meet the standards and conditions of StockX and are authentic. You'll work closely with our operations and customer service teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

**What you'll do**
- Inspect and process sneakers adhering to strict standards of condition and authenticity
- Review quality issues with products and review level of severity
- Assist with building product authenticity guide, by supporting the quality assurance process and procedures across operations
- Proactively work with customer service and other team members to improve process
- Document quality issues with the product and communicate with Operations, Customer Service and Customers
- Identify, communicate and execute process improvements to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations

- Intermediate English language skills

**Nice to have skills**
- 0-3 years of experience in assessing value and risk of footwear, streetwear, and collectibles
- Experience in operations, or a related field
- Fashion retail background

**Location**:Alexander Meißner Straße, Berlin

**Hours**:Shifts including some evenings & weekend's - 40 hours per week on rotation.
