**Scientist Power Electronics (d/f/m)**:
The successful applicant will join the Central Research & Technologies Team.

Central R&T is the cross-divisional R&T organization aimed at preparing the company's long-term technological capabilities. CRT leads specific investigations in emerging areas of research and conducts ambitious research projects across a range of topics. It engages with leading academic, scientific and other institutions at global scale to best leverage their competencies for achieving its ambitions.

In the team Domain of Electrification Technologies the position aims at contributing to prepare the future of electric flight by pushing the limits of technology & mastering integration.

**Your tasks and responsibilities**:

- Actively contribute to the research projects
- Search for innovative solutions for Power Electronics performances : design, cooling, multilevel, etc...
- Interact with research ecosystem and best in class Universities
- Ensure all research conducted and intellectual property generated is properly protected
- Support stakeholder engagement and effectively communicate project outcomes
- Ensure technology transfer and knowledge capture in their field

**Desired skills and qualifications**:

- Master Degree or PhD in Power Electronics or electrical engineering.
- You have 1 to 3 years experience in research.
- Good knowledge of Power Electronics technologies : semi conductors, Gate Driver, Power module, etc
- Enthusiastic about developing new technologies in a team and validating them in the laboratory.
- Excellent English Skills written and oral, basic German Skills are appreciated.
