**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Ansprechpartner für Anfragen von Mitarbeitern und Führungskräften zu personalrelevanten, arbeitsrechtlichen und firmeninternen Themen des Arbeitsverhältnisses
- Selbstständige Bearbeitung der Zeiterfassung
- Kontinuierliche Prozessoptimierung und Aktualisierung bei Änderungen (HR-Prozessabläufe)
- Mitarbeit bei diversen Projekten und eigenständige Übernahme von Teilprojektaufgaben
- Abwicklung des gesamten Bewerbermanagementprozesses
- Eigenständige administrative Abwicklung von personellen Einzelmaßnahmen von der Einstellung bis zum Austritt (wie beispielsweise Elternzeiten, Mutterschutz, Probezeiten) in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den HR Solution Partnern sowie Erstellung der entsprechenden Verträge und Betriebsratsanhörungen
- Erstellung von qualifizierten Arbeitszeugnissen in Abstimmung mit Führungskräften
- Aufbereitung gehaltsrelevanter Unterlagen für die Gehaltsabrechnung
- Anlage und Pflege von Personalakten

**Voraussetzungen**:

- abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- erste Berufserfahrung in der Personalverwaltung/ - administration
- idealerweise SAP- Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im ZeiterfassungssystemTisoware
- gute Englischkenntnisse
