Noel Alejandro is a vibrant and inclusive production studio based in Berlin, specializing in creating high-quality films for web distribution. As a queer and sex-positive company, we take pride in producing content that celebrates diverse identities, relationships, and sexualities. Our mission is to challenge societal norms and promote positive and empowering representations of sexuality and love. Our growing portfolio includes a wide range of genres, from thought-provoking drama to intimate and passionate erotica, appealing to a global audience with varying tastes and interests.

Tasks
- Collaborate closely with the director, writers, and production team to bring diverse and authentic queer narratives to life.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of film production, ensuring that sex-positive messages and representation are central to each project.
- Champion diverse casting and inclusive representation, working to create a safe and welcoming space for all team members and talent.
- Coordinate and lead the production process, from pre-production planning to post-production and distribution.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and resources efficiently to bring projects to fruition within the allocated time and budget.
- Maintain and strengthen the company's commitment to sex-positive storytelling and inclusivity throughout the filmmaking process.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, encouraging innovation and creativity among team members.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Film Producer, with a portfolio that demonstrates an understanding of queer and sex-positive storytelling.
- In-depth knowledge of the film production process, from script development to distribution, with a strong emphasis on sex-positive representation.
- Exceptional project management, budgeting, and resource allocation skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to effectively collaborate with diverse team members and talent.
- A genuine passion for creating authentic and empowering queer narratives.
- Familiarity with the mission and vision of Noel Alejandro and a deep commitment to sex-positive and inclusive storytelling.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required. Knowledge of german and other languages is a plus.
