To support our Berlin team, we are looking for a **PR and marketing intern **(M/F/d) as a mandatory internship from December 2023.
Wagram Stories GmbH is the subsidiary of the French group Wagram Music. With more than 120 employees and offices in Paris, Los Angeles, Montreal, Brussels and Berlin, Wagram is one of the top 3 independent French music companies and is a major player in Europe. Wagram Stories is active in the music-specific core areas of recorded music, music publishing, live shows, films and book publications and supports artists such as OrelSan, The Dø, -M-, Suzane, Lilly Wood and the Prick, Pierre de Maere and Fatoumata Diawara. The **Berlin office** is the contact for Germany, Austria, Switzerland, as well as Central and Eastern Europe and has been located in the independent music center Pfuelstraße in Berlin-Kreuzberg since it was founded in 2020. In addition to representing a select selection from the French catalogue, we are working on the development of local projects and artists such as Dekker, jupiter flynn, Anna Hauss, Andi Fins and the new indie supergroup Artur & Vanessa.
Your tasks are:
- Creating, organizing and updating promotional materials such as digital press kits, graphics or videos.
- Support in expanding our PR activities, including preparing mailings and press releases, researching journalists and influencers.
- Creation, proofreading and, if necessary, translation of press texts (English/German).
- You will solely take care of our social media channels, including our Instagram and TikTok channels, as well as our Spotify New Music Friday playlist.
- You work in close contact with the entire team and our artists, and are in daily contact with our Head of Promotion and Marketing.
**Profile**:
You bring these qualities with you:
- You have a passion for music.
- You follow current trends in the digital world (e.g. in the field of social media).
- You are confident in using common Office programs and are into writing texts.
- You have already mastered some of the basics of image and/or video editing.
- You speak fluent German (C2) and English (C1).
- You are currently studying in the field of music, media, art, culture, marketing, or something similar and are looking for a compulsory internship.
**What we offer**:

- You will become an integral part of the local Wagram Stories team with a responsible position and thus an important pillar of our day-to-day business.
- Work in the heart of Berlin in our large, bright office in the indie music center Pfuelstrasse in Berlin-Kreuzberg.
