Employee Experience Project Coordinator

Your role- You will have a key role in delivering and supporting HR’s transformation initiatives by coordinating the roll out of several Employee Experience (EE) Solutions with Workday Journeys at ZEISS- The purpose of this role is to enable a better designed digital experience for ZEISS employees supporting their key experiences within their lifecycle, such as Onboarding, Promotion, Relocation- You act as Project Coordinator and EE Specialist and hence take over the responsibility for requirement gathering, analysis, building PoCs and productive solutions with Workday Journeys and manage the roll outs across different countries.- Based on individual EE solutions, you will define the project plan as well as work packages, coordinate their execution in time and quality and ensure a smooth roll out.- You will also conduct presentations and negotiations with Workers Council and other stakeholders, to get their buy in for your projects.- As EE solutions require great content, you will work closely together with content creators within ZEISS, such as local or global Teams from Communication, IT, Learning, Branding and many more Hence you will be the facilitator for collaboration and exchange in your projects by setting up the required project structure and methodology.- You will support the continuous improvement of the digital transformation of HR and deliver ideas, strategies, and solutions according to the gathered feedback of your projects and contribute recommendations within HR for better Employee Experience

**Profile**:
- A degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Business Informatics or similar- 2+ years functional expertise in HR Operations, HR Project Management, Employer Branding, HR Marketing, - 1+ years’ experience in Project Coordination or Project Management- Technology and Digitalization Enthusiast with passion for hands-on work- Experienced in working with Workday as HRIS system- Great organizational and communication skills- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple work packages, responding with a sense of urgency and ability to embrace change- Solution-oriented thinking and good understanding of processes and dependencies- Fluent communication in written and spoken German & English
