Are you passionate about technology and want to shape the future of the fashion industry? Do you find startups and new business models exciting?

Then support our Ventures & Innovation team as a Working student (f/m/d) on their mission to identify the best fashion tech startups and to support the founders in building companies. Therefore, we have founded **Spread Ventures**, Europe's first Fashion Tech VC, which specializes in early-stage startups in the areas of Digital Fashion, Sustainable Textiles & Circular Fashion Creator Economy.

**Your Tasks**:

- You support the sourcing and screening of promising startups and analyze new trends/technologies in the fashion and print-on-demand industry.
- You create market and competitor analysis and evaluate pitch decks & business plans.
- You support the dealflow process and participate in startup and pitch events.
- You actively work with the investment team, attend talks and negotiations with the founders until the "closing".

**Your Profile**:

- You study business administration/economics or a comparable course of study (preferably from the 4th semester or Master's degree).
- You have a passion for new technologies, entrepreneurship and the startup-scene.
- You have analytical understanding, good Excel skills and work independently and in a structured way.
- You have at least six months of time to support us as a student assistant.
- You have gained first practical experience, preferably in a startup, VC or consulting/finance/M&A environment.
- You are available for approx. 15-20 hours/week to support us remotely or directly in our Leipzig headquarters.
- You communicate in English without any problems, knowledge of German is an advantage
