**Responsibilities**:
- You lead the creative direction of digital products to shape our brand online in line with the latest trends and best practices
- You own the online UI and UX of specific digital products and lead them to the next level across multiple touchpoints
- You analyze, conceptualize and design the user experience of our digital platforms with a focus on conversion optimization and user retention
- You are responsible for the overall UX and UI of digital products features, including concept work and improvements
- You implement a user-centric approach, leveraging wire framing and user testing tools to validate our assumptions
- You support the development team for the technical specifications of the designs
- You work closely with product and E-commerce managers on features roadmap, timeline and prioritization
- You track and drive specific KPIs related to the digital product experience
That's you
- You have 3-5 years experience in the E-commerce area, UX and digital products design and bring a strong art direction background
- You have a pragmatic attitude with experience in implementing design frameworks across several projects and teams
- You are an expert of design software and wire-framing, testing and collaborative tools
- You are able to translate designs and UX into technical specifications for engineering teams
- You are a leader who can effectively communicate creative vision and concepts to peers as well as senior leaders
- You are a true team player with a positive and agile attitude
- You are able to show a solid portfolio of work in relevant projects
