**Wir brechen seit 2015 das Influencer
- und Social Media Marketing auf, wie kaum eine andere Agentur. Dabei etablieren wir uns gerade als eine der größten Social Powerhouses im DACH Raum. Wir sind mittlerweile über 170 Social 1st Mitarbeiter:innen, haben 2 Inhouse Studios, eine eigene Produktionsfirma, eine eigene Social Technologie und eigene Mediakanäle mit über 1 Mio. Follower:innen. - Schnitt von Social Media Content in diversen Formaten.
- Retuschen und Animationen in After Effects.
- Kreative konzeptionelle Mitarbeit.

**WAS DU BRAUCHST**:

- Erfahrung und Engagement für Videoproduktion mitbringen und grosses Interesse an Social Content.
- Begeisterung für socialnativen Content:

- Generelles Verständnis von Plattformspezifika auf allen Social Channels (9:16 first) - primär derzeit Instagram, TikTok & YouTube Shorts
- Hohe TikTok Affinität und Sinn für Ästhetik
- Kreativität und Lust, neue Einflüsse zu bekommen und dennoch Storytelling Prinzipien und Markenrichtlinien zu folgen
- Integration von Graphics, visuellen Effekten und Animationen, Einblendungen, Call-to-Actions usw.
- Adobe-Programme (Adobe After Effects, Premiere) sind deine täglichen Begleiter
- Du bist kommunikativ, engagiert und arbeitest gerne in einem kreativen Umfeld.
- Eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise.
- Du legst Wert auf eine gute Kommunikation in Wort und Schrift auf deutsch und englisch.
- Organisatorische Fähigkeiten.
