In Ditzingen, you will encounter security solutions for monitoring and safeguarding borders and for border controls, protection of civil and military facilities and tactical communication. This is the right place for you if you want to work with us on practical highly mobile radars for ground and coastal monitoring or night vision goggles and multifunctional heat imaging equipment. **Your mission**
**Service Management**
- As a Teamlead Service for our buisness line land and air systems Germany (LAS-GE) you represent LAS-GE with regard to all service-related topics like the management of a cross-domain and modern service organization e.g. between SRA and OME to generate synergies and the development and implementation of the LAS-GE service strategy
- You deal with the technical and disciplinary leadership as well as the further development of the Customer Service team incl. capacity planning (for customer trainings, demonstrations, on-site/remote support, etc.)
**Service Business Development / Service Sales & Marketing**
- You are substantially involved in the management and continuous expansion of the LAS-GE service portfolio via development and implementation of new, innovative and digital service solutions and concepts based on business cases to be created for a long-term increase in service order intake
- The consideration of market trends and the establishment of customer satisfaction and customer intimacy are a part of your duties
**Bid Management**
- You are responsible to create service offers based on lifecycle management approaches (e.g. Product Discontinuation Notes or Last Buy Orders) and you approve of repair / service / spare parts / upgrade offers and the negotiation of service contracts
- The development of new service offerings (SLA), based on an expanded service portfolio, is also a part of your duties
**Service Delivery**
- In the field of Service Delivery you ensure to monitor production/repair center in order to optimize repair processes and initiate relevant improvement measures
- Last but not least, you also deal with the measurement and evaluation of the service performance via KPIs to ensure the contractually guaranteed response/delivery times (OTD)
**We are looking forward to**
- Successfully completed university studies with a background in business administration or similar work experience
- Experience in implementing new and innovative service concepts and solutions
- Several years of professional experience in after sales/service as well as in implementing new and innovative service concepts and solutions
- Very good English language skills, German and/or French language skills would be a clear asset
- ** Technically** you convince with your good ability to create service offers and manage service delivery projects
- ** Personally **you enthuse with your good communication and motivational skills, your pronounced team capabilities and your ability to travel abroad
