Wenn es um Medizinprodukte geht, tragen Hersteller eine große Verantwortung. Das Produkt muss nicht nur den bestmöglichen Nutzen bringen, sondern auch alle gesetzlichen Anforderungen erfüllen. Als Experte\*in und Auditor\*in überprüfen und bewerten Sie das Qualitätsmanagement von Medizinprodukteherstellern. Sie bewerten nicht aktive Medizinprodukte nach den einschlägigen Regelwerken z.B. EN 10993 ff., relevanten EG-Richtlinien und EU-Verordnung einschließlich der normkonformen Dokumentation.

Aufgaben

**Ihr Aufgabengebiet umfasst hauptsächlich**:

- Die Auditierung von Medizinprodukteherstellern auf Grundlage der EU-Verordnung 2017/745, EG-Richtlinie 93/42/EWG und der Normen EN ISO 13485 sowie EN ISO 9001 und weiterer internationaler Regularien, wie MDSAP oder TCP.
- Prüfung von Produktdokumentationen (Technische Dokumentationen) im Bereich nicht aktive Medizinprodukte auf Basis der EU-Verordnung 2017/745 und EG-Richtlinie 93/42/EWG.
- Sie sind Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden aus der Medizinprodukteindustrie.
- Sie verfassen Berichte und Dokumentationen.

Qualifikation

Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- Sie haben ein medizintechnisches, medizinisches oder naturwissenschaftliches Studium mit Erfolg abgeschlossen (siehe EU-Verordnung 2017/745 Anhang Vll 3.2.5 und 3.2.6)
- Sie können mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Entwicklung, Produktion oder der Qualitätssicherung, Qualitätsmanagement oder Regulatory Affairs von nicht aktiven Medizinprodukten
- Sie können Kenntnisse ausgewählter Medizinproduktegruppen nachweisen (z.B. Sterilprodukte, nicht aktive funktionelle Implantate oder nicht aktive Weichteilimplantate, Zahnimplantate...) und verfügen idealerweise über eine abgeschlossene Auditorenausbildung
- Der Umgang mit der relevanten EU-Verordnung, den relevanten EG-Richtlinien sowie mit den zutreffenden Standards für Qualitätsmanagementsysteme und Medizinprodukte ist Bestandteil Ihrer täglichen Arbeit. Daher haben Sie im Bereich der Zulassung von Medizinprodukten bereits Grundkenntnisse erworben
- Sie verfügen über verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Ihre Englischkenntnisse sind sehr gut (ab B2.2 bzw. besser) und Sie sind routiniert im Umgang mit den MS Office-Anwendungen
- Sie freuen sich auf spannende Dienstreisen (ca. 50 %; in der Regel pro Woche/ Monat), auch international (Reisemittel: Flugzeug, Bahn und PKW)
- Führerschein der Klasse B zur Ausübung der Tätigkeit im Innendienst und Außendienst
