**What you'll do as our Accounts Payable Specialist**
- Taking ownership of the accounts payables process making sure that all company spending is effectively recorded, booked and paid
- Owning and administrating the company-wide spend management process and related tools
- Supporting the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, and financial statements and respective documentation
- Managing all activities and documentation related to employee reimbursement
- Driving and optimizing accounting and cash management processes, focusing on national accounting - but with international remit as the company grows
- Collaborating closely with internal teams and peers (approval workflows, expense management)

**Requirements**:

- You have first experience as a Accounts Payable Specialist
- You are self-driven, highly structured and have a hands-on mentality
- You have excellent knowledge in the use of Datev and are ideally also used to working with other tools like Excel and Spendesk (nice to have)
- You are able to work collaboratively with other functions and external partners
- Ideally you have worked in B2B business before
- You thrive in fast-paced startup environments and have experience successfully navigating and contributing within such settings
- You have outstanding written and oral ability in** German and English**:

- You are comfortable working remotely (we don't have an office)
