Wir suchen eine dynamische und umsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit, die sich mit unserer Marke und Strategie identifiziert und unser Team als **Community Associate** bereichern möchte.
Du hast die einzigartige Möglichkeit, kreative Ideen und Konzepte eigenständig zu entwickeln, um unsere Work Edition Community weiterzuentwickeln.

**Verantwortungsbereiche**:

- Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für Member, Gäste, Mitarbeiter:innen, Dienstleister und Geschäftspartner:innen und kümmerst dich um deren tägliche Anfragen und Anliegen an unserem Front Desk
- Du bist verantwortlich für das Post
- und Paketmanagement für alle unsere Mitglieder, Gäste und unser eigenes Team, einschließlich dem Scannen der Post mit Hilfe unserer Work Edition App
- Unser Gästemanagement über unsere eigene Engel & Völkers Work Edition App und die Begrüßung vor Ort gehört auch zu deinem Verantwortungsbereich
- Qualitätskontrolle im CoWorking Space: Du stellst sicher, dass sich die Location immer in einem exzellenten Zustand befindet, dazu gehören regelmäßige Checks in unserer Location und du löst souverän alle auftretenden Probleme vor Ort
- Administrative Aufgaben wie die Organisation von Meetings, die Planung und Buchung von Geschäftsreisen sowie die Bearbeitung und Erstellung von Rechnungen sind für dich kein Problem
- Du betreust unsere Meeting
- und Geschäftsräume und bereitest diese für besondere Anfragen unserer Member und externen Gästen vor, inklusive der Organisation von Catering Anfragen
- Für unseren monatlichen Newsletter, welcher sich auf unsere Community und unsere Events vor Ort bezieht, sammelst du Informationen und übernimmst eigenverantwortlich die Versendung
- Event Management: Du unterstützt die Planung unserer nächsten Veranstaltungen für unsere Community und bist für den Aufbau, das Catering und die Morderation verantwortlich

**Anforderungsprofil**:

- Erste berufliche Erfahrungen am Empfang oder in der Hotellerie sind ebenso wichtig wie eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Du lernst gerne neue Themengebiete kennen und arbeitest eigenständig und strukturiert
- Du denkst und handelst lösungsorientiert und bist dabei freundlich und kompetent
- Dabei hast du organisatorisches Geschick und die Fähigkeit, mehrere Aufgaben gleichzeitig zu managen
- Du bringst ein neugieriges und offenes Wesen mit, kommst gerne mit neuen Menschen in Kontakt und nimmst dich deren Anliegen an
- Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf verschiedenen Ebenen, mit Members und Geschäftsführung auf Deutsch und Englisch sind ein Muss
- Du bist Teamplayer mit einer proaktiven und engagierten Arbeitsweise
- “Hands-On-Mentalität” - du bist nicht zu schade, überall mit anzupacken, wo gerade deine Hilfe gebraucht wird
