Legal Counsel (Volljuristen) (m/w/d)
**Ihr Kompetenzbereich**:
- Rechtliche Beratung aller Unternehmensbereiche innerhalb der DACH-Region
- Rechtliche Unterstützung im Projekt
- und Transaktionsbereich
- Beratung der Führungskräfte zu aktuellen rechtlichen Themen und Entwicklungen
- Aktive Unterstützung der KollegInnen, um die Einhaltung aller geltenden Gesetze und Unternehmensrichtlinien sowie die Umsetzung neuer Vorgaben zu gewährleisten
- Internationale Zusammenarbeit mit KollegInnen der globalen Rechts
- und Compliance Abteilung und der verschiedenen Business Lines
- Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung globaler Initiativen
- Bearbeitung allgemeiner Rechtsfragen
- Steuerung der Tätigkeit externer Berater
- Durchführung interner Schulungen zu rechtlichen Themen
- Übernahme sonstiger Tätigkeiten auf spezielle Weisung
**Ihr Profil**:
- Erfolgreicher Abschluss des Zweiten Staatsexamens (VolljuristIn)
- Erste Berufserfahrung, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Versicherungs
- oder Finanzdienstleistungsrecht in einer Kanzlei oder einem Unternehmen wünschenswert
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und strukturiertes Denken
- Gespür für wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge und businessorientierte Lösungen
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sehr gutes Organisationstalent
- Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Teamfähigkeit
- Eigeninitiative und Einsatzbereitschaft
