**Product and Quotation Specialist (m/w/d)**

**für Mechanische Schließsysteme**

**Ihre Aufgaben**:
Verantwortung für folgende Aktivitäten und Tätigkeiten:

- Sie agieren als Produktspezialist und unterstützen und beraten den Außendienst und unsere Kunden bei technischen Fragen allumfänglich
- Ständige Marktbeobachtung einschließlich Wettbewerbsvergleich in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produktmanagement und der Vertriebsleitung
- Aktive Recherche und Auswertung der Ausschreibungsportale und entsprechende Verteilung der Projekte in Abstimmung mit der Vertriebsleitung
- Bearbeitung von Ausschreibungen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Außendienstmitarbeitern inkl. Angebotserstellung
- Sie monitoren und verfolgen die Aktivitäten, welche aus den Ausschreibungen und den daraus resultierenden Angeboten entstehen
- Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Produktschulungen (intern oder für Kunden)
- Berichterstattung an die Teamleitung Handel und die Vertriebsleitung (Sales and Commercial Operations Manager)

Unterstützende Mitwirkung bei folgenden Aktivitäten und Tätigkeiten:

- Unterstützung von Vertriebs
- und Marketingaktionen nach Abstimmung mit der Vertriebsleitung
- Teilnahme an Messen, Ausstellungen und Symposien
- Teilnahme an Meetings in der Zentrale in Gera und gelegentlich in der Konzernzentrale Pisogne/Italien

**Ihr Profil**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im technischen Bereich oder eine vergleichbare abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung
- Mehrjährige Branchenkenntnisse und Erfahrung
- Analytische Denkweise, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Umsetzungsstärke
- Begeisterungsfähigkeit und überdurchschnittliche Leistungsbereitschaft
- hohes Maß an Eigenmotivation, Engagement und Teamfähigkeit
- Kommunikations
- und Präsentationsgeschick
- Sehr gute und eloquente Businesskommunikation in deutscher und englischer Sprache (min. B1 Niveau)
- Sicherer Umgang mit modernen EDV-Werkzeugen, gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office Programmen (Word, Excel)
