**DMS (Dealer Management System) - Operations Director - Hybrid - Bötzingen (Freiburg)**

About The Role:
As part of its growth strategy, Freicon is now looking for its new Operations Director. This person will ensure that processes and performance across the company are met. This person will also be the face of the company and therefore meet key accounts. Naturally, this position could quickly evolve toward a Managing Director role.

This position is ideal for an experienced Product Director or Sales Director (or similar), willing to join a human-sized company, part of a bigger organization with ambitious career goals. You are curious, open, creative, and motivated by the idea of joining a legacy product with a strong client base.

About You:

- Business degree.
- Strong experience as an Operations Director or Sales Director, managing teams.
- Expertise in the field of DMS (Dealer Management Systems).
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in the automotive or related industry.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and project management skills.
- Analytical skills and strategic thinking.
- Standard languages: German (native level), English (fluent to native level); French is a plus.
