**The Facts**: In Germany alone, over 12 million packages are shipped daily, and where does the packaging end up? In the trash Recycling isn't always the green solution, as it consumes valuable resources. Our reusable packaging works similarly to bottle deposits - a simple act with a significant impact, saving over 86% of CO2 and 93% of water.

- \ **How you, as DIRECTOR OPERATIONS, can help us make the world a better place**:

- You will be responsible for the entire reverse logistics network, from strategic acquisition to contract finalization
- You independently oversee the performance and engagement of existing “point of returs”, developing suitable Continuous Improvement Programs (CIP) to ensure ongoing enhancement
- You take charge of overall management of all operational stakeholders and partners within the network
- Working closely with the marketing team, you play a significant role in driving the increased adoption of our reusable products
- You collaborate closely with the founders on the global Multiloop strategy
- You assemble a winning team under your leadership.

- You possess an in-depth understanding of local return and logistics networks

- You have a charismatic personality, excellent communication skills, and negotiation prowess.
- You are a motivating team leader with experience in building and leading young teams
- You value initiative, accomplishments, solutions, analytics, and pragmatism
- You have a penchant for travel and are comfortable being on the go for your job (approximately 60% of the time)
- You bring initial experience in the field of circular economy
