Teamleader Laboratory & QM (all genders)

Your mission:

- Take over the management of our motivated & small laboratory team and work actively in the laboratory yourself
- Bein close cooperation with Production & Sales to ensure compliance with all internal, customer-specific and legal quality guidelines during production
- Coordinate allcustomer complaints,be in charge of the error analysis and prepare comments as a basis for negotiations with customers
- Continuous monitoring of legislation and the specialist areas of food law, genetic engineering, hygiene and HACCP, as a basis for the definition and implementation of internal quality guidelines
- Bepro-activewhen introducing, planning and accompanying internal & external audit

Your background:

- Chemical / technical studies ideally in the food or beverage technology sector or completed relevant professional training with laboratory management experience
- Professional experience in QM/QA and prior knowledge of food law & HACCP required
- Audit experience and SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Team player with analytical thinking skills
- Hands-on mentality
- Very good knowledge of German and English
