**Aufgaben**
- Eigenständige Erarbeitung und Erstellung von Budgets, Forecasts und Mittelfristplanungen
- Analyse der Leistungsdaten und entsprechender Parameter inklusive Berichterstattung adhoc und im Rahmen des Monatsabschlussprozesses
- Erlöscontrolling in Abstimmung mit Vertriebsabteilung und operativen Bereichen
- Projektmitarbeit bei der Implementierung neuer Softwarelösungen im controllingrelevanten Zusammenhang
- Durchführung des Vorschlagswesens für die Optimierung der Personalplanungsprozesse für die verschiedene Bereiche im Operations ganz im Sinne des kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozesses (KVP)
- Analyse des Personal
- und Ressourceneinsatzes bei der ganzheitlichen Betrachtung der Ressourcenplanung, Dienstplanung und IST-Disposition; Monitoring und Reporting der eingesetzten Optimierungsmaßnahmen
- Mitwirkung an strategischen Optimierungsprozessen, und beim Aufbau eines internen Reportingsystems im Finance-Bereich
- Enge Abstimmung mit anderen Abteilungen, z.B. Personalabteilung, Vertrieb, Konzerncontrolling

**Qualifikation**
- Abgeschlossenes Fach-/Hochschulstudium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbare abgeschlossene Ausbildung
- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und/oder Projektleitung
- Fundierte Controlling-Kenntnisse; Erfahrung im Berichtswesen, Kenntnisse im Prozess
- und Effizienzmanagement
- Hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Eigeninitiative und Flexibilität
- Sehr gutes Organisations
- und Koordinationsvermögen, sowie Kommunikationsfähigkeit um komplexe Sachverhalte erklären zu können
- Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen und ein hohes Maß an Eigenmotivation
- Sehr sicherer Umgang mit den MS-Office Standardanwendungen, insbesondere MS Excel und Power BI; Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Ressourcenplanungstools sind von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englischkenntnisse sind wünschenswert
