**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES WITH US**:

- You offer strategic guidance and consulting to our clients on the adoption, implementation, and optimization of GenAI.
- You design Generative AI solutions, develop and deploy Generative AI models to solve complex business challenges and enhance client outcome.
- You collaborate with global cross-functional teams in GenAI solutions that seamlessly integrate into existing client technology infrastructure.
- You conduct in-depth research and analysis of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in Generative AI to stay at the forefront of the field.
- You offer expert advice and mentorship to other team members, fostering their professional growth and knowledge in AI and related domains.

**YOU CONVINCE US WITH**:

- Successfully completed studies in the field of Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or related fields and at least 5 years of professional experience.
- Well versed in Generative AI techniques (e.g., GANs, VAEs) or frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LLamaIndex) and deep learning frameworks as PyTorch or Tensorflow.
- Hands-on experience in development, deployment, integration, and finetuning of machine learning and deep learning models, especially LLMs.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to deliver high-quality work in a collaborative team environment, familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies and excellent English proficiency. German language is an advantage.
