WeRoad ist keine normale Reisefirma. Wir haben es uns als Ziel gesetzt, Menschen durch ihre Liebe zum Reisen, zum Abenteuer und zur Entdeckung ferner Länder und Kulturen miteinander zu verbinden. Wir bringen kleine Gruppen von gleichgesinnten Millennials zusammen und schicken diese auf lebensverändernde Erlebnisreisen. Mit über 100 verschiedene Reiseziele, decken wir den gesamten Globus ab. Jeder dieser Reisepläne ist danach kreiert, die Regeln der Reisebranche neu zu schreiben und einzigartige Erlebnisse zu kreieren.
In 2017 wurden wir von Paolo De Nadai gegründet, auch Gründer unserer Holding Firma: OneDay. OneDay, ist ein Business Community Builder, 100% fokussiert auf Millennials und die “neuen Generationen” mit der Vision Unternehmen zu gründen, die einen dauerhaften positiven Einfluss auf junge Leute haben und so, langsam aber sicher, die Welt verbessert.
Obwohl erst 5 Jahre alt, ist WeRoad inzwischen ein dynamisches, ehrgeiziges Team, das aus über 100 Mitarbeitern besteht. Seit Ende der Pandemie geht es bei uns durch die Decke und wir erleben exponentielles Wachstum in ganz Europa.
**ÜBER DIE ROLLE: CUSTOMER CARE SPECIALIST**

Da es unser Hauptziel ist, eine Community von reisehungrigen Millennials aufzubauen, sind wir jetzt auf der Suche nach einem Customer Care Specialist, der uns hilft, diese Community und damit auch WeRoad als Marke in Deutschland zu etablieren.
Diese Rolle ist NUR etwas für Dich, wenn du besonders dynamisch und unternehmerisch bist, keine Angst davor hast Dir die Hände schmutzig zu machen und Herausforderungen liebst: Du wirst einer unserer ersten Mitarbeiter in Deutschland sein und dabei helfen, WeRoad Deutschland von Grund auf aufzubauen Deine Aufgabe wird es sein, die WeRoad-Community aufzubauen, zu verwalten und zu vergrößern, unsere Datenbank mit potenziellen WeRoadern zu erstellen und ständig zu aktualisieren und eine Schlüsselrolle dabei zu spielen, unsere Targets zu erreichen.
**Was du tun wirst**:
- Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere WeRoader und stehst mit ihnen über alle wichtigen Kundenkanäle in Kontakt (Facebook, Instagram, Zendesk, Whatsapp, Telefon und mehr);
- Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Country Manager zusammen, um Best Practices für die Beschaffung und Konvertierung von WeRoadern zu entwickeln;
- Du meisterst unsere Mission, Vision und kennst alle unsere Produkte bis zum letzten Programmpunkt auswendig.
- Du hilfst dabei, unsere WeRoader entsprechend ihren Bedürfnissen und Vorlieben zu beraten;
- Du interagierst enthusiastisch mit allen Mitgliedern der Community und dienst als "Gesicht"/"Stimme" von WeRoad, einschließlich der Erstellung ansprechender Inhalte/Posts in unserer FB-Community;
- Du bist die Kontaktperson für die Vor
- und Nachbereitung der Tour und die Betreuung;
- Du hilfst bei der Organisation von Veranstaltungen, um unsere Community aufzubauen und einzubinden;
- Du unterstützt unsere WeRoader bei Beschwerden oder jeglicher Art von Hilfe;
- Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Vertriebsteams zusammen, um sie während der Sommerhochsaison zu unterstützen.
**Was wir suchen**:
- Du bist deutscher Muttersprachler oder sprichst die Sprache auf muttersprachlichem Niveau und verfügst über ein fundiertes Wissen über die deutsche Kultur und Kommunikationsweise
- Du hast idealerweise bereits Erfahrung im Management einer Online-Community und in der direkten Kommunikation mit Kunden
- Du bist sehr enthusiastisch und energiegeladen und überträgst diese Energie auf Deine online
- und schriftlichen Interaktionen
- Du liebst es, ein Ziel zu erreichen und sind selbstmotiviert, Ergebnisse zu erzielen
- Du bist ein Experte in Sachen Instagram, Facebook und WhatsApp
- Du bist selbständig und fühlst dich in einem schnellen, dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld wohl
- Wenn Du Erfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung hast, ist das von Vorteil
