Tasks

**What you bring with**:
✚ You are proven in and perhaps tired of the hierarchical systems of a larger consultancy and could see yourself as an independent and part-owner of your own company

✚ You may even bring a team of 2-6 associates with you

✚ Your clients will want to follow you and your team

**Requirements**:

✚ A strong and proven seniority at “a young age” too

✚ Fearless, and with an Entrepreneurial mindset

✚ A compassionate and servant leader - our people comes first - so that we can outstandingly serve our clients

✚ A Business developer, daily leader, as well as being awesome in both overseeing and delivering workshops, training programs, negotiations with the C-Suite of DAX30, Fortune 500’s as well as smaller and medium sized companies
