**Das ist dein Daily Business**:
Du gewährleistet den kreativen und stringenten Markenauftritt von metafinanz. Wie? Indem du unser Corporate Design wahrst und weiterentwickelst. Du bist erste Ansprechperson bei allen Fragen zu Marketing
- und Vertriebsmaterialien.

Was das im Detail heißt?
- Du hältst unsere Marketing
- und Vertriebsmaterialien kontinuierlich auf dem neusten Stand und entwickelst sie weiter.
- Du stellst die erforderlichen Brand Assets (Geschäftsausstattung) für unsere Berater:innen und internen Abteilungen bereit.
- Du organisierst und steuerst Marketingprojekte wie Messestände und Werbematerialien.
- Du übernimmst die Product Ownership unseres Digital Asset Management-Tools und internen Foto-Portals. Ggf. erstellst du selbst Grafiken bzw. eine Bildauswahl für unsere Publikationen.
- Du verantwortest die Anwendung und Weiterentwicklung unseres Corporate Designs.
- Du steuerst die Zusammenarbeit mit Grafik-Dienstleistern und Fotografen.
- Du führst Qualitätskontrollen durch und gibst die grafischen Assets frei.
- Du managst Bildrechte, Lizenzen und Einwilligungen.

**Das macht dich aus**:

- Du willst wachsen statt stillstehen und hast Lust darauf, gemeinsam im Team die Marke metafinanz erfolgreich auf das nächste Level zu heben.
- Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung im Marketing und im Umgang mit grafischen Assets, gerne (aber nicht notwendigerweise) als ausgebildete:r Grafiker:in.
- Du verstehst etwas von Markenführung und Corporate Identity.
- Du bist versiert im Umgang mit Digital Asset Management-Systemen sowie in der Erstellung und Pflege von Brand Guidelines und Corporate Design Manuals.
- Du bist fit in Projektmanagement und in der Steuerung von Dienstleistern.
- Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung mit KI-gestützter Grafikerstellung oder starkes Interesse daran.
- Du hast ein scharfes Auge für Details und bist bekannt für deine ausgeprägte Servicementalität sowie deine sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
- Du wuppst es, mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig zu managen und Prioritäten zu setzen.
- Du bist ein Profi in Power Point und Word.
