In any virtual space, every Like after community interaction leads to a clear result, which is recorded in clear indicators from which a trend can be derived. In the future, this trend will be used to gain clearer insights into many areas of daily life and business around the world.

The users who create the trend will participate financially in the value creation of the content and will also be remunerated through a non-manipulable distribution system of digital goods. This breaks down the traditional power structure in social media networks.

The use cases provided by influencers, companies, organisations and each individual community member in a virtual trendhub space go beyond our previous idea of how we experience content in social media.

**Role Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the development and execution of the technological strategy, aligning it with the company's business goals.
- Oversee the architectural build of the platform, ensuring it supports a seamless, dynamic user experience in a 3D multimedia environment.
- Drive technological innovation to keep trendhub at the forefront of the digital media space.
- Manage and expand a team of engineers, developers, and IT specialists to support the platform's growth and evolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Development, Marketing, and PR, to ensure technology not only meets but enhances business strategies.
- Stay ahead of the curve on new technologies and industry trends, incorporating them into the platform to drive engagement and revenue.
- Ensure the platform's technology stack is robust, secure, and capable of handling large-scale user interactions and data analytics.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a CTO, or similar leadership role in a technology-driven company, preferably in social media or related industries.
- Strong background in software development, systems architecture, and project management.
- Experience with virtual environments, blockchain technologies, and secure digital distributions is highly desirable.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills to manage and motivate a diverse and dynamic team.
- Fluent in English, with exemplary oral and written communication skills.
