With experienced colleagues by your side, you will get to know the various areas in Rooms and can consolidate your knowledge from your studies. _
- Become part of our team and grow with us beyond yourself During your time with us, we will bring the following areas of responsibility closer:_
- Together with your colleagues you take care of the smooth check-in and check-out of our international guests
- You will learn how to deal with our guests in a professional manner and will be available to answer their questions and concerns
- Take a look behind the scenes of the reception and get to know the back-office area and the associated tasks
- In our telephone center, you will have the opportunity to better understand the entire customer journey and deal with our guests' inquiries both in person and on the phone
- Dealing with guest complaints in a professional manner is also part of your training, where you will learn how to turn negative impressions into positive memories.

**Your profile:
- First things first: You are passionate about hospitality and are already ready to finally put your acquired knowledge into practice?
- You are currently enrolled in a university / college and would like to complete your internship with the largest hotel chain in the world
- You are enthusiastic about the Rooms department and want to pave the way for your professional future
- You have a very good command of English, German is a plus
