As a Customer Service Representative (f/m/d), your mission is to ensure our customers receive top-notch support and succeed with our products and services, assisting us with the following:
- Troubleshooting and Feedback: Resolving issues, gathering customer feedback, and forwarding it for product and service enhancement.
- Record-Keeping: Maintaining comprehensive records of customer interactions and feedback for future analysis.
- Collaboration: Working with various teams to handle post-purchase complaints and efficiently manage production issues.
**Your profile**:
- You have previous customer service experience and are familiar with CRM systems for efficient management of customer interactions and feedback.
- You possess strong communication skills in both German and English to effectively engage with our customers.
- Problem-solving is your forte, as you approach challenges with empathy and provide solutions to our customers.
