**Your areas of responsibilities**:

- Responsible for all logístical activities globally including transportation, distribution, and storage of our products
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize current inventory and distribution standards across the globe and across the channels (wholesale, direct-to-consumer)
- Negotiate cost-efficient solutions for our inbound and outbound logistics with forwarding agencies and 3PL, including leading tender
- Ensure a market-leading service standard and optimize logistics costs
- Ensure that existing storage and transport capacities meet the requirements
- Support the sales department in all logístical issues, i.a. in terms of costs, import duties, and other special projects
- Responsible for the daily cooperation with the 3PLs
- Ensure the correct functioning of our storage systems, ensure inventory control and quality assurance to meet compliance and highest service levels

**Your profile of qualification**:

- Degree in business administration, business engineering, or comparable
- Extensive experience in a senior supply chain / logistics role at European as well as worldwide level
- Strong knowledge of the network of European forwarders and 3PL
- Demonstrable track record of successfully implementing distribution processes
- Well-developed leadership skills, strong conceptual thinking, a hands-on approach, and the charisma to make things happen
- Fluent business English, German and Chinese language skills would be a plus
- Willingness to travel
