**Was Dich bei uns erwartet**:

- Ein individuell auf Dich zugeschnittenes 18-24 monatiges Programm mit auswählbaren Rotationen durch spannende Finanzfunktionen wie
- Corporate Controlling
- Business Controlling
- Rechnungswesen & Steuern
- Global Treasury
- Investor Relations
- Eine Rotation in Schnittstellenbereiche, wie zum Beispiel Global Auditing, Procurement oder Digital Accelerator ist ebenfalls möglich. Der genaue Rotationsplan wird gemeinsam mit Dir abgestimmt, um Deine Interessen und Präferenzen bestmöglich zu berücksichtigen.
- Mindestens 1-2 Rotationen im Ausland an einem unserer globalen Standorte (bspw. in den USA, Polen oder auf den Philippinen)
- Intensives on-the-job training & Anwendung moderner Methoden des Finanzmanagements
- Verantwortung für eigene Projekte von Anfang an

**Was Du mitbringst**:

- Abgeschlossener Master in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Finanzen, Rechnungswesen und/ oder anderen wirtschaftsnahen Bereichen. Bewerber aus anderen Studienrichtungen mit einem ausgeprägten Interesse an Finance können sich auch gerne bewerben
- Finance ist Deine Leidenschaft - Du verfügst über ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und eine hohe Affinität zu Zahlen. Hinzu kommen sehr gute Kenntnisse in den Microsoft Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere in Excel
- Du bist ehrgeizig, ergreifst Initiative und arbeitest dich gerne in neue Themen ein
- Du bist aufgeschlossen, sehr flexibel und lernst gerne neue Menschen kennen
- Du kommunizierst sicher auf Englisch (C1) und Deutsch (B1)
