**Job Description Summary**: The Marketing Director (f/m/d) DACH is responsible for developing, executing and sustaining the GE HealthCare strategic initiatives across the segments within DACH. This involves identifying, evaluating and prioritizing DACH growth opportunities across the segments, building the long term strategy and leading the activation of the strategy through the establishment of growth programs and initiatives that will be driven in partnership with the Commercial & Segment teams.
This role also drives alignment around market trends & share performance, competitive insights and opportunities for investment. Within this responsibility this role has leadership for all marketing team members within DACH with a mix of direct & indirect reporting lines.
The Marketing Director is a pivotal role within the leadership team, requiring a mature and senior profile with strong leadership and influencing skills, clear thinking and an ability to solve multi-dimensional problems.
This position reports to the Chief Marketing Officer of GE HealthCare EMEA and has a dotted reporting line to the General Manager DACH.

**Essential Responsibilities**:
In this role you will:
- Identify mid term (1-3 years) market, clinical, customer and competitive trends, within DACH that will influence the commercial strategy for GE HealthCare and provide guidance & prioritization on how to prepare for / pre-empt trends in order to define the strategy for accelerated business growth, go to market strategy enhancement, business model innovation and new solution development and introduction
- Establish and drive growth & marketing programs (incl. Omnichannel programs) across DACH to activate and operationalize the strategy, in partnership with commercial teams - key metrics will be share, leads, opportunities and orders; drive high quality marketing activities (digital, events) for the region with the goal to grow funnel through qualified leads
- Maintain deep understanding of breadth of offerings / services within EMEA that can be used to support different customer segments
- Advise on the commercial prioritization of product and service portfolio within DACH and collaborate with segments on identifying portfolio priorities for DACH by continually evaluating the product portfolio versus customer needs and competitive actions to identify opportunities for rationalization (LEAN) and/or strengthening GE HealthCare’s offerings
- Identify out-of-the-box, innovative solutions and services that could help drive competitive advantage in the DACH market (e.g., developing business case for pursuing new business models)
- Own KOL and thought leadership objectives and programs for DACH
- Partner with regional modalities, zones, institutional leadership, & commercial teams to support execution of key initiatives
- Develop and lead the marketing team to a high performing team with the objective of making them an integral part of the customer activation channel continuum.
**Qualifications / Requirements**:
- Based on a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field you have gained significant experience in field marketing or product marketing and Omnichannel Marketing planning & activation
- You have a proven experience in the DACH Healthcare industry (digital MedTech or Pharma
- You bring proven leadership skills to lead teams and shape/lead growth vision and a marketing strategy
- You are able to analyze & assess macro trends and broader implications to healthcare and translate that to marketing programs
- You have the demonstrated ability to plan, lead, market, and execute programs incl. documentation
- You bring a proven operational mindset and ability to translate strategy into action, with strong sense of urgency to drive outcomes with speed and efficiency
- You have gained prior experience in a leadership role with direct reports with demonstrated team orientation & ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross
- functional teams in matrixed settings
- Your oral and written communications skills in English and German are excellent
