Head of PREMAS (M/F/d)

**Main responsibilities**:

- Management and responsibility of the PREMAS (Preventive Maintenance Services) division
- Organisational and personnel development of the division in the company and the branches
- Development of specific maintenance concepts and solutions for AUMUND conveyor systems
- Sales and implementation of services in the sales territory
- Implementation of Premas 4.0 Predective Maintenance Solution
- Independent preparation of PREMAS offers and order confirmations
- Planning of inspection missions in coordination with the assembly department for extended straightener missions
- Regular customer contact through active visiting of the customer base
- Development of detailed and reproducible inspection and measurement plans (checklists) for condition assessment and fault analysis
- Evaluation of inspection results
- Optimisation of the existing inspection database
- Planning and implementation of maintenance seminars and training courses

**Requirement profile**:

- Successfully completed training as a mechanical or process engineer or technician or comparable training
- Relevant knowledge and experience from the cement industry, preferably from the maintenance and repair area of a cement plant
- Very good written and spoken English and German language skills are mandatory, further language skills are an advantage
- Good Microsoft Office and ERP system knowledge (proAlpha, SAP, etc.)
- Commitment and pleasure in dealing with customers
- Independent and self-reliant way of working
- High willingness to travel and successful employee management
