What You'll do:*
This role requires planning, creation and designing assets as part of a cross-functional team. You will be responsible for social media content creation for Jimdo and our founder Matthias Henze. With a focus on photography and videography, you will drive the social media output cross-platform.
- Own the content publishing strategy and schedule.
- Lead the creative production schedule for social media.
- Create content such as animated videos, stills and GIFs for use on social media platforms.
- Create Illustrations, teaser videos and animations.
- Participate in planning and strategizing assets for marketing campaign execution.
- Identify and execute brand collaborations, partnerships and other distribution channels to increase reach and brand awareness.
- Coming up with creative appropriate for the Jimdo brand and our founder’s personal brand.
- Maintain a knowledge of social media platform content specifications, specifically but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter.
- Learn and use new technologies and content trends.
- Ability to edit videos and create impactful assets.

What we Value:*

- Previous experience with Adobe Creative Suite and other creative software.
- Experience in Adobe Premiere and After Effects.
- Previous content creation experience.
- Experience with illustration and animation.
- Highly detail oriented.
- Have a deep understanding of social channels and communicating with audiences through different mediums.
- Experience with social media scheduling and monitoring tools, e.g. Falcon, Crowdtangle, Hootsuite etc.
- Hands-on experience with a wide range of platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter.
- Experience with crisis communications management on social media including high-stress, quick-response situations.
- Proficient in personal branding for executives or founders.
- Corporate social brand management experience.
- Excellent organisational skills and a track record of delivering on time.
- Work well independently.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
