**Calling all Mailing List Growth Hackers \uD83C\uDF1F**We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Mailing List Growth Hackers to join our team. The primary objective of this role is to significantly expand our e-commerce mailing list from 160,000 subscribers to 900,000 subscribers, while focusing on acquiring high-quality leads. We have allocated a budget to support these growth initiatives.

**Here’s what you’ll get to do**:

- Develop and implement innovative strategies and tactics to drive substantial growth in our e-commerce mailing list.
- Utilize effective growth hacking techniques to attract new subscribers and convert them into valuable leads.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify target audiences and optimize lead generation efforts.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all growth initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as conversion rates, open rates, click-through rates, and overall subscriber growth.
- Continuously explore and evaluate new opportunities, channels, and technologies to optimize list growth.
- Provide regular reports and updates on the progress of list growth initiatives to the management team.
- Work alongside brilliant marketers with a proven track record of success in the worlds of e-commerce and NFTs
