Mission

We have a fantastic Intern opportunity in our People Team based in Neuwied, Germany. As a People/TA Intern you will have a focus on recruitment, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Talent Acquisition team in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our operations in EMEA with a specific focus in Germany and France. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of HR and Talent Acquisition while contributing to the growth and success of our company.

**Responsibilities**:
**Job Posting and Sourcing**:
Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on various job boards and social media platforms.

**Screening and Interviewing**:
**Market Research**:
Conduct research on recruitment trends and best practices in Germany and France.

**Administrative Support**:
Provide administrative support to the People/TA team, including preparing reports and presentations.

Assist in organizing recruitment events, such as job fairs and campus recruitment activities.

**Compliance and Documentation**:
Ensure recruitment practices comply with local employment laws and regulations in Germany and France.

Assist in the documentation and filing of People-related paperwork.

**Work Council Collaboration/Support**:
Assist in preparing for regular meetings with the Local Work Councils (mainly Germany).

Help in drafting and reviewing documents, agreements, and communications related to Work Council activities.

Support the HR team in ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies in collaboration with the Work Council.

Maintain accurate records of all Work Council interactions and agreements.

Assist in the preparation and distribution of relevant documents and reports.

Support the administration of employee-related policies, procedures, and programs.

**Requirements**:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English; proficiency in German and/or French.

Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is a plus.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
