Für unser Office in** Düsseldorf **suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine:n **Wholesale B2B Coordinator (m/w/d).**

Als Wholesale B2B Coordinator bei L’Occitane unterstützt Du die Sales-Teams zur **Förderung der Vertriebsentwicklung im Wholesale
- und B2B-Bereich**. Dabei unterstützt Du bei der Koordination aller wichtigen Projekte für Deutschland und die Schweiz sowie bei allen relevanten Informationen und Berichten. Du bildest somit eine wichtige **Schnittstelle **zu anderen Abteilungen, die an den Wholesale-Aktivitäten beteiligt sind.

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Als Sales Support unterstützt Du unser Sales-Team bei täglichen Belangen / Ad-hoc-Projekten und verwaltest unter anderem Anfragen potenzieller Neukunden für den Vertriebsaußendienst.
- Dabei erstellst Du regelmäßige Bestellformulare und übermittelst alle erforderlichen Informationen aus Lager und Marketing an das Sales-Team.
- Du erstellst und versendest einen vierteljährlichen Newsletter mit Lager
- und Marketinginformationen sowie B2B-Mailings für Kunden.
- Du bist für die Verwaltung und die Bestellung des Wholesale-Bestands verantwortlich und erstellst monatliche Zusammenfassungen aller Produkttester-Anfragen des Sales-Teams.
- Die Pflege und Aktualisierung der Wholesale
- und B2B-Hauptpreislisten, der Produkt-Masterdata-Datei sowie die Übertragung der Produktdaten der KAM-Kunden gehört zu Deinem Tagesgeschäft.
- Dabei holst Du die erforderlichen Daten für neue Produktlinien ein und stellst monatliche Verkaufsdaten aus den wöchentlichen Berichten zusammen.
- Zudem unterstützt Du bei der Eröffnung neuer Kunden, indem du sicherstellst, dass Erstanträge, Unternehmensprofile, unterzeichnete AGBs und Eröffnungsaufträge eingereicht und archiviert werden.
- Als Schnittstelle zum Marketingteam stellst Du sicher, dass alle erforderlichen Informationen für die Wholesale-Aktivitäten bereitgestellt werden (Kampagnen, Präsentationen, POS- und Retail-Events).

**Dein Profil**:

- Du bringst ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit dem Schwerpunkt Sales Management / Marketing oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung in ähnlicher Funktion mit.
- Du bringst mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung auf dem Gebiet Sales Management / Sales Support oder in einem vergleichbaren Bereich in der Kosmetikbranche mit und konntest bereits relevante Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement sammeln.
- Aufgrund dessen kannst Du bereits auf ein ausgewähltes Netzwerk an Partnerschaften innerhalb der Branche zurückgreifen, kennst die aktuellen Markt
- und Branchentrends und findest Dich in unserer Vertriebsstruktur wieder.
- Du besitzt Verhandlungsgeschick, ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und eine strategische, analytische Arbeitsweise.
- Außerdem beschreibst Du dich als flexible, anpassungsfähige Person und arbeitest gerne im Team.
- Deine ziel

- und Kostenbewusstsein runden Dein Profil ab.
- Du besitzt sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse insbesondere tiefgreifende Kenntnisse in Excel.
- Du besitzt verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse.
