Digitalization in Accounting is the key enabler for high-quality data, efficiency in processes and compliance ensurance.

**Your Tasks**:
As Global Finance Master Data Specialist (all gender), you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of Finance Master Data (e. g. vendors and customers). With your start at Beiersdorf Shared Services GmbH you actively contribute to the success of our digitalization Program to bring the data to a next level. You help to create the foundation for a KPI and data driven organization always considering the end-to end processes by working cross-functionally.

**Relevant workings tasks would be**:

- Be responsible to steer and monitor our Global Finance Organization (Service Delivery Centers / Business Units) regarding Finance Master Data
- Ensure operational performance (KPI driven)
- Ensuring compliance with legal and taxes
- Actively foster business standards and increasing quality and efficiency
- Be responsible for Standard Operating Procedures (SOP´s)
- Perform data checks and cleansing activities (identify and correct/update data discrepancies, duplicates and dated records)
- Manage finance data related projects or sub-projects including testing and training activities with high ownership

**Your Profile**:

- University bachelor or master’s degree (e. g. economics or business informatics) with excellent business understanding and a passion for data and data quality
- Ideally 1 - 2 years relevant working experience in Finance Master Data / or IT, career starters are also appreciated
- Analytical and conceptual skills as well as strategic thinking
- Knowledge of integrative relationships in SAP modules FI and a basic knowledge of the SAP modules SD and MM
- Knowledge how of SAP S/4 HANA, Business Partner concepts; SAP-MDG will be an asset
- Good communications skills, acting as confident and consistent business partner in an international environment
- Excellent writing and speaking English, good German communication skills spoken and written (at least B1 level), further languages are welcome
