**Das erwartet Sie bei uns**:

- Schnittstelle für den Service zwischen Projekt, Serieneinkauf, Lieferanten und Kooperationspartnern
- Sicherstellung der Service Verpflichtungen zwischen DEUTZ, dem Kooperationspartner bzw. den Lieferanten
- Aufzeigen, Überwachen von Dringlichkeiten sowie Vorbereitung und Kommunikation von Projektentscheidungen
- Angebotsvergleich, Vorbereitung sowie Durchführung von Vertragsverhandlungen nach Abstimmung für alle Service Projektinhalte in Abstimmung mit den internen Teilnehmern und dem Kooperationspartner
- Erstellen von Muster-, Erst
- und Einzelbestellungen oder Lieferplänen aus Vertragsanforderungen und Sicherstellung der Belieferung durch unsere Lieferanten
- Pflege von Infosätzen auf Basis der vom Lieferanten erhaltenen Informationen im Rahmen der vertraglichen Grundlagen und Systemvorgaben
- Support Ramp-Up Management der relevanten Ersatzteile der Kooperationspartner
- Selbständige Betreuung eines zugewiesenen Lieferanten
- und Sachnummernspektrums
- Sicherstellung der Materialverfügbarkeit, unter Berücksichtigung hoher Umschlagshäufigkeiten und Einhaltung der Bestandsziele
- Teilnahme an Lieferantenentwicklungsmaßnahmen, in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Kollegen aus Disposition, Einkauf und Qualitätssicherung
- Teilprojektleitung bei Logistikthemen wie z.B. Umsetzung der DEUTZ Verpackungsrichtlinie beim Lieferanten

**Das bringen Sie mit**:

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und zusätzlich eine anerkannte Fachausbildung, sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
- Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und Verhandlungsgeschick
- Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Hohe Eigeninitiative, sowie selbstständiges Arbeiten
- Teamfähigkeit
- Hohe Zuverlässigkeit
- Fließende Englischkenntnisse
- Gute SAP/R3 und MS-Office Kenntnisse
