With around 250 employees, SPX Flow Technology Norderstedt GmbH produces metering and process pumps, process systems and analytical devices. The product spectrum ranges from small metering pumps to large process pumps for high pressures and large volume flows.

For our production site in Norderstedt, we will be working as soon as possible

**HR and Payroll Services Associate** (M/F/d).

**Your tasks**
- Assisting the team with day-to-day payroll and time tracking activities
- If necessary, support in the processing of high-volume payslips for on-time completion of payroll, including:

- Proactive contact with employees and managers
- Collection and verification of time and attendance data
- Provision of wage and salary data for health insurance companies and authorities
- Collaborate with the payroll provider in responding to employee inquiries
- Collaborate with local departments to ensure payroll completeness and accuracy
- Documentation and updating of procedures and processes
- Implementation of relevant company policies in the payroll system
- Archiving payroll data for archiving and auditing purposes
- Fulfillment of tasks within established service level agreements
- Assist with data preparation for internal and external SOX audits and tests
- Support in ensuring legal requirements for payroll, e.g. in the case of retirement
- Participation in annual financial statements in the area of payroll accounting
- Participation in reporting in the areas of payroll and time management
- Assistance in the context of projects in the field of payroll
- Assistance for employees and managers on topics related to time recording
- Maintenance of personnel files
- Support with EHS topics (e.g. maintenance of the check-up file)

**Your profile**:

- Completed relevant vocational training, e.g. as a human resources administrator or comparable or several years of relevant professional experience
- In-depth knowledge of all topics mentioned in the job description
- High level of trustworthiness and integrity
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Structured way of working
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines even under time pressure
- high degree of resilience and flexibility
- Experienced handling of Success Factors and MS-Office, especially Word, Excel, Outlook
- Very good knowledge of German and, if possible, English, both written and spoken
