As a global ITP supply planner, you will operate and are responsible for the ITP (integrated tactical planning) time horizon of 0-3 months. Within this ITP framework you are fully responsible for establishing the most profitable E2E Supply Chain response to the Commercial demand signal, provided by the IBP unconstrained demand plan. This includes optimizing all aspects of production, procurement, logistics and multi-echelon inventory planning on a global basis. You are the principal global point of contact to the demand execution manager, IBP supply chain planner, manufacturing and procurement teams for all supply chain, logistics and RM planning related issues for your product line.
- you are responsible for the development of the master supply plan for 0-3 months, this is the detailed supply/production plan on SKU level. you provide the input for the nomination of strategic raw materials and develop mitigation plans / what-if scenarios
- ensure and safeguard proper handover of the master supply plan to the local site schedulers
- you act as the single point of contact for the IBP supply chain planner and demand execution manager for your product line within the ITP time horizon
- asses the feasibility check for adding the focus month (M+4) into the master supply plan of the ITP time horizon and convert the focus month into a detailed supply/production plan on SKU level
- assess whether the supply chain can respond to current and future demand requirements and decide on the global network plan that will be used to make the products requested.
- in collaboration with other functions, execute root-cause analysis in case of deviations, and develop and present alternative scenarios
- facilitate the weekly global supply & demand review meeting
- ensure business continuity through supply chain risk assessments across the regions, and owning delivery of action plans to mitigate identified risks
- reviewing and balancing inventory (targets) across the global network, overseeing the global STO & DRP process for you product line
- driving and owning exceptions and issues management within the ITP time horizon, together with local site scheduler, IBP supply chain planner, demand execution manager/demand manager

**Your profile**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or other related fields
- Bachelor level of thinking
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in demand and supply chain in a global business-to-business organization with state-of-the-art process and tools in supply chain management
- Affinity to manufacturing
- Strong conceptual and analytical mind, good understanding of business processes
- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate to all levels of the organization at the appropriate level of detail and complexity.
- Able to take a stand and be the voice of the supply chain organization Indirect influencing skills
- Eager to drive continuous improvement in processes, tools and behavior
- Advanced software skills
- Result oriented, ability to work under pressure and flexible
- Fluent in English (oral and written), additional linguistic capability is a plus
