- Sicherstellung der vollständigen und termingerechten Eingabe und Belieferung von Kundenaufträgen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Logistikdienstleistern (Lager und Transport) sowie Steuerung von Nachlieferungen
- Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von komplexeren Kundenreklamationen jedweder Art - ggf. Weiterleitung an andere interne Abteilungen (Quality, Verpackungsentwicklung oder Scientific Information) und Erstellung von Gutschriften
- Ansprechpartner für die Logistik / Dispositionsabteilung des Kunden in allen Fragen rund um Supply Chain Themen, wie z.B. Artikelinformationen, Lieferungen, Promotions
- Telefonischer Ansprechpartner für verschieden Kundengruppen (insbesondere Großhandel und E-Commerce)
- Unterstützung anderer Kundengruppen (z.B. Apotheken, Zahnärzte, Kliniken und Sonderkunden)
- Pflege von Preiskonditionen
- Übernahme von Sonderaufgaben und Projekten im Bereich Customer Service
- Vollständige Dokumentation der Kundenkommunikation im CRM System und Archivierung von Geschäftsvorfällen
**ANFORDERUNGEN**:
- Mittlerer Bildungsabschluss oder Hochschulreife
- Ausbildung zum Industriekaufmann /-frau oder Bürokaufmann / - frau und mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Service
- Idealerweise Kenntnisse im Bereich Materialwirtschaft, Erfahrung im Customer Service, Telefonverkauf, Vertrieb eines Markenartikel
- oder Gesundheitsunternehmens
- Hohes Maß an Teamfähigkeit, Servicebereitschaft, Freude an Kommunikation
- Erfahrung im Handling komplexer Vorgänge; idealerweise erste (Teil-)Projekterfahrung
- Gespür für Kundenbelange und Dringlichkeit
- Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und gute Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch
- Gute Kenntnisse in den MS Office Produkten (Outlook, Word und Excel), SAP Kenntnisse bevorzugt
